MSPR - Mark Skull Pirate Radio - Skull of DEATH

A "Gig Poster" - style ad I did for Mark Skull Pirate Radio, my own heavy metal radio station! Hey, feel free to print this out and give it out to your friends, put it in your cubical, etc! This one was inspired by Joe Petango and his work with Motorhead!

This was one of those times that a drawing kinda fights you until a certain point, and in this case it didn't really start to click until I started inking. This is, without a doubt, one of my favorite inkings! I went full-out and tried some different techniques and had a lot of fun! There's a lot of Pushead-inspired touches in the skull, too!
