No Muslim Ban! AMERICA IS FOR EVERYONE! by luvataciousskull No Muslim Ban! AMERICA IS FOR EVERYONE! by luvataciousskull
22" by 28" sign I made. I'm pissed, and you can download it.

Edit: Holy crap there are a bunch of idiots leaving comments on this.

Look, this may not be a wholesale ban on all Muslims, but its targeting Muslim countries and only allows non-Muslims from those countries in. Then you have the fact the guy implementing it even said he wanted a Muslim Ban. Then the guy who help to write this said, "We found a way to do it, but legally." If it looks like a duck, folks.

You can read more here about why it IS a Muslim Ban, as well as why there is no real legal standing for this to happen:

America is for those who respect and follow the laws of western civilization. Muslims want sharia and sharia isn't in line with western ideology. This is total balderdash.

Do you support Obama and Bush's aggression in most of the countries that Trump tried to ban? Because I see a lot of people who have no problem killing people but get pissed when someone tries to merely ban their entry.

Well that's a rather pointless argument.

"Do you support two Presidents who killed people? This guy just wants to ban them while they're getting killed!"

No, I'm not making any argument for or against this ban. I am simply pointing out the irony with people who disagree with the ban yet at the same time are indifferent to, or even support US involvement in those wars which is a cause of a large chunk of these issues in the first place (for example, around 4 million Americans were protesting in the Womens' march at Trump's inauguration but only 500,000 Americans protested against the Iraq war in February 2003). Therefore, I ask you if you support those interventions that help cause these refugee issues in the first place?

Well then I have good news for you because this is really just a ban on certain countries that are compromised by terrorism. Though I'd like to see him ban those in Saudi Arabia.

Muslims aren't being banned! Just better screening/vetting to keep dangerous people out.

How is it a Muslim ban? He's restricting the entry of people from countries the US recently bombed.

Obama bombed these countries during his term in office and no one says a thing... Trump restricts entry from these countries and everyone loses their shit... lot of fucking hypocrites out there.

Misleading

Not a ban on Muslims

Bans same nations as Barrack Obama listed as a security risk, and already set up to ban but did not

Obama banned people from Iraq for twice as long back in 2011, why did people like you care then? Hypocrites.

This entire thing is being blown out of proportion.  This ban is not on Muslims, rather it is a set of restrictions on all people traveling from a list of terror-prone countries compiled by the Obama Administration - Not Trump.  This action was also taken by Barack Obama as well during his presidency for much longer than Trump's travel restrictions will be in-effect, and yet nobody uttered a word.

I do not like Donald Trump, but I'm sick of everyone losing their mind over literally everything he does.

As long as they are willing to abide by western laws and standards, then they should be fine.

And it's not even that. People from Indonesia (most populous country of Muslims) can go to and from with the US from little to no hassle. People just like to overinflate it because the lamestream media does what it does best.

Top kek, I pointed that out on another post too. It's only from countries that Obama deemed dangerous and it is extreme vetting.

And there's no Muslim ban: it's just a strict vetting process, as I understand, in terrorist-heavy regions: so the Middle East; where usually 90% of the populations are Muslim in any given country. Sometimes 100% as in the case of Saudi Arabia, where atheism is punishable by death. The ban is a general ban, meaning there are obviously exceptions subject to a stringent vetting process based on their regions of occupation, and their tendency toward terrorist affiliations and practices. It's based on region, not on race (the Middle East is mostly composed of Semitic Caucasians, a white ethnicity), ethnicity or creed. This is my understanding, I could be wrong.

Nnnnno, it's for its citizens. That's why work visas aren't membership cards. And frankly I'm of the opinion we should close the gates entirely and adopt an Australian posture about immigration: recruiting only the best and the brightest, which we currently do not do; which is alarming, considering we already have menial workers here who can't get jobs. Why would we want foreign menial labor with different values, standards, manners and traditions than most of the country that can't even speak English? We should be taking people who are going to hit the ground running, not wallow in welfare. cis.org/Welfare-Use-Immigrant-… www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/… (I just read the summary of this last, but, it's not flattering to arguments for the myth of "hard working immigrant". The summary concludes they take approximately 6,000 plus more than they give back in income and income taxes. They're taking away, they're not adding to the system; but this paper expounds on this further.)  www.fraserinstitute.org/sites/…;

Well, are those signs being posted with the express consent of those businesses? If not, that's a crime. That's using those private to advertise politics without their owners' permission.

Yes the ones Ive seen are in windows, so obviously with business owners permission. Not really sure what you're worried about exactly.

"in windows" or on them outside? Because that could be someone rubbing their politics over someone's private property. That's why I asked.
